I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furniture and decorations in the common areas truly made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious and upscale establishment. It was a delight to relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy the lovely ambiance. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist me with any needs I had, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically designed for senior guests. While the hotel provided great amenities and services, it lacked in terms of tailored entertainment or excursions suitable for older individuals.

In the middle of a huge construction site, that will be for at least another three years, as I was told at the reception. The restaurant was also closed on Friday evening

The hotel is located in the middle of a construction site. It was hardly accessible by car. I had been there before and had always booked directly. I thought I had booked the club room with the business room, but I didn't! So also a negative point for you

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, and we appreciated the personalized service. The spacious and calm rooms made for a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel's location near the local train station made it easy to explore Frankfurt. we highly recommend Best Western for a pleasant stay.

the location is very good; you can do some things on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area is very nicely arranged.

If you want to use the sauna area, the sauna package should be included.

There's nothing to criticize!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and my colleagues raved about the dinner restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a business trip.

Connection to the public transport is super

Unfortunately there is currently construction work going on around it and it is very loud. The whole hotel is already a little aged and the rooms are quite small for the high price.

The Stephans restaurant serves regional and international dishes, so I had plenty of options to choose from. The Stephans Bar and Lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel also had great amenities, including a sauna and fitness center.

The slow wifi, it felt like I was back in the Stone Age.

The hotel was very well-appointed an the service was excellent.

Tthe dining room was not of the same quality as the hotel. .Flies were swarming around the coffee machine and the food was uncovered at the breakfast buffet. It was unappetizing and alarming. This needs to be corrected!!!!!! Urgently

The 24-hour reception was a game-changer, the room was huge, and the small table fan provided a cool and comfortable sleep. The super comfy bed with 4 different pillows was a dream! The complementary water bottle was a nice surprise. The outdoor sitting area was lovely, and the location was convenient for both transportation and amenities. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The AC in the room was a lifesaver in the hot summer days. Great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception desk were incredibly polite and helpful during my visit. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, allowing me to easily unpack and relax. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with no signs of any bugs or unpleasant smells. The bathroom had fresh linens and was spotless. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillows provided. Additionally, I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary water bottle in the freezer. The hotel also had a gym with basic equipment, which I found convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
